All services are limited to document preparation and general informational support.---No Legal, Tax, or Financial AdviceSDR Group LLC does not provide legal, tax, or financial advice.Nothing provided by SDR Group LLC, whether written, verbal, or implied, should be interpreted as professional advice. You are responsible for consulting with a licensed professional before making any legal or financial decisions.---Free LLC Assistance OptionSDR Group LLC may offer assistance with forming a limited liability company (LLC) at no service cost.By using this option, you agree that:* All government-related fees, including but not limited to state filing fees, registration fees, or other required charges, are your responsibility
* You will pay all such fees directly to the appropriate government agency (including, but not limited to, the State, LARA, or other regulatory bodies)
* SDR Group LLC does not collect, hold, or pay government fees on your behalf unless explicitly stated in a separate agreement---User ResponsibilitiesBy using our services, you confirm that:* All information you provide is accurate, complete, and current
* You have the authority to submit the information
* You will review all documents before submission
* You understand that errors in submitted information may result in delays or rejections---No Guarantee of ResultsYou understand and agree that:* SDR Group LLC does not guarantee approval of any filing or application
* SDR Group LLC does not guarantee business success, income, or profitability
* Outcomes depend on multiple factors outside of our controlYou are responsible for conducting your own research and making informed decisions.---Communication ConsentBy providing your contact information, you consent to being contacted by SDR Group LLC via:* Email
* Phone calls
* Text messagesThese communications may include service-related updates, responses to inquiries, and optional informational or promotional messages.You may opt out of marketing communications at any time by following unsubscribe instructions or by contacting us at [email protected].---Data Collection and PrivacyBy using our services, you acknowledge and agree that:* SDR Group LLC may collect and store the information you provide for service-related purposes
